Cancellation Policy
1. **Booking and Payment**: - All online consultations must be booked in advance through our designated booking platform. - Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. 2. **Rescheduling Policy**: - Clients may reschedule their appointment **once** at no additional cost, provided they notify us at least **48 hours** before the scheduled consultation. - Rescheduled appointments must occur within **30 days** of the original booking, subject to availability. 3. **Cancellation Policy**: - Cancellations made at least **48 hours** before the consultation will be eligible for a refund, minus a **10% administration fee**. - Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will not be eligible for a refund. 4. **Missed Appointments**: - If a client fails to attend their scheduled consultation without prior notice, the session will be marked as a "no-show," and no refunds or rescheduling will be offered. 5. **Technical Issues**: - Clients are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection and access to the required technology (e.g., video conferencing software). - If the consultation is disrupted due to technical issues on the client’s end, no refund or rescheduling will be offered. - If technical issues occur on the provider’s end, the consultation will be rescheduled at no additional cost. 6. **Confidentiality**: - All information shared during the consultation will be kept confidential and used solely for the purposes of providing the service. 7. **Consultation Scope**: - The online consultation is intended for discussion and advice based on the information provided by the client. Any deliverables or additional services may incur separate charges and will be agreed upon in writing. 8. **Amendments**: - The provider reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to clients in advance. By booking an online consultation, you agree to these terms and conditions.
