For all celebration cakes I recommend engaging at least 3-4 weeks in advance to ensure enough timing is allocated for design and creation.
For wedding cakes please ensure you make contact at least 2-3months prior to the desired date. Nevertheless, I will do my best to accommodate if possible.

Once you have sent the enquiry, I will reply as soon as possible with further booking information.
A 50% deposit is required to confirm your order. FULL PAYMENT is due 14 DAYS PRIOR to delivery or collection. No order will be commenced prior to full payment being received. Please note that all deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. CANCELATION FEE of 20% OF TOTAL is charged if the order is canceled prior to 14 days before delivery, or FULL PAYMENT is charged if order is canceled within 14 days of delivery. If order is placed within 14 days of delivery FULL PAYMENT is required to confirm the order.

12/10/2025 Oh my God Gianluca what a Very Special Birthday Cake you created for my wife, a perfect copy of her Grand Piano and with her favourite sheet music. It was too beautiful to cut but we did and what greeted us was a fluffy taste sensation of lawyered flavours and textures which impressed all 170 guests and still left overs. More photos were taken of this creation than of the special guests. There’s only one place to go if you’re looking for that very special cake and that’s you. Gianluca was wonderful - responsive, great attention to detail and great tasting cake. It was exactly what we were looking for on our wedding day plus with a custom topper - got the lemon cake and it was the first time I’d heard wedding guests compliment the wedding cake so much and consider memorable rather than generic!! Ordered my wedding cake from Gianluca. It looked and tasted amazing. Someone actually asked us on the night whether it was a real or fake cake as it looked so good. The whole process to order was so easy, and the style I was after was executed perfectly. There was a great selection of flavours, we ended up going with lemon, red velvet and orange and poppyseed.
