Service Description
We would love to meet you in person as it is important for us that you are certain we are the right fit for you. Our director, Gianluca is available for appointments to discuss design and concept, go through further details and provide you with some suggestions or advice. You will also be able to taste test all 9 delicious flavours from our menu.
Cancellation Policy
1. **Cancellation Notice**: - Clients must provide a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for the cancellation of a scheduled cake tasting appointment. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may forfeit the tasting fee. 2. **Rescheduling Policy**: - Each client is permitted **one (1)** opportunity to reschedule their cake tasting appointment without incurring additional fees. - Rescheduled appointments must occur within **48hrs** of the original date, subject to availability. 3. **Failure to Reschedule**: - If the client does not reschedule within the 48hr period or misses the rescheduled appointment, the tasting fee will not be refunded, and a new booking (including payment of the applicable tasting fee) will be required. 4. **Refunds**: - Tasting fees are non-refundable but may be credited toward a future order if cancellation is made with sufficient notice. 5. **Changes by the Provider**: - In rare circumstances, the provider reserves the right to reschedule or cancel an appointment due to unforeseen events. In such cases, clients will be offered an alternative date or a full refund of the tasting fee. 6. **Special Requests**: - Any specific requests for flavors or customizations must be confirmed at least 72 hours before the tasting appointment. Changes may not be accommodated after this time frame. By booking a cake tasting, you agree to these terms and conditions.
