24x Piped Mini Cupcakes
Cupcakes should be stored in the fridge right up until the day of the event. We normally reccomend taking them out of the fridge 2-3 hours before serving so they can come to room temperature and be the perfect consistancy for you to eat.
Please make sure that the cupcales are not left in the sun or out of the fridge for too long before serving. This can cause them to melt and potentially start falling/collapsing especially in the warmer months.
When transporting cupcakes, always make sure the aircon is on cold and are kept level at all times. (We recomend putting them in the boot of the car or in the footwell of the front seat, which ever is bigger depending on your car) Try keep travel time to a minimum 30-40 minutes MAX, this will ensure your cupcakes arrives safely at their destination.
